Prologue - Dark Allegiance

     Deep inside a large, villianous base...

    A woman in a blue uniform and matching paperboy cap over her big, blond hair, was sitting in her tall commander chair. She watched the big screen. The picture was split into four, each showing a different time and place.
The first said Sinnoh with the time being about three months ago. It showed a green-haired boy riding a Latios. He was ducking and dodging shots fired from below. Men and women in the same uniform as the woman watching were trying to shoot Latios down, but were failing miserably.
The second also said Sinnoh, but the time was only a week ago. It showed a young girl with long black hair fighting a couple women with a shiny ZANGOOSE and a swift-footed WEAVILE. She was doing incredibly well against the two women and their big, tough pokemon.
The third said Johto with the time being about four months ago. It was of two boys fighting together against a group of Team Rocket members. The first boy had long blue hair pulled back under a cap while the other looked about a year older with short dull blue hair. Though, the center of attention was the one doing the most damage, the long-haired boy. While the short-haired boy was getting hammered, the younger one was fighting hard and strong. A small, white-shelled WARTORTLE stood at his side, watching the fight.
The fourth was in Unova from about two years ago. A girl with bright blue eyes was fighting with a group of strong pokemon, destroying a large machine. She looked brave and determined.
The woman groaned, "Four brats. That's all that stands between me and victory. Four Pokemon-training brats."
She groaned angrily when someone laughed from behind. She turned to see a boy standing in the shadows. He grinned, "Cute. Four Pokemon Trainers stand in you way? You can't even rid yourselves of four kids? That's kinda sad, Kiara."
The woman, Kiara, glared at him, "Children ought to speak with respect to their superiors. Ma'am or sir works fine."
The boy smirked, "I'll let your subordinates know, seeing as you're not my superior. Last I checked, the only reason I'm helping you is because I need someone to test my little project. And where would you and your little Poke-Founders be without me, Kiara?"
Kiara turned away, "That project of yours had better be ready soon. Your arrogance annoys me."
The boy chuckled coldly, "Oh please. It'll be ready soon enough. You really should learn patience, Kiara. If I rush it, it won't be perfect, now will it? You do want it to be perfect, don't you? I create nothing less."
Kiara sighed, "Fine! Then go make it perfect! You can't do that if you're here bothering me."
The boy smirked, "No, but I can't make sure you hold to your end of the bargain if I don't. Let's not forget what you still owe me for this, Kiara."
Kiara waved it off, "I'll have it soon enough. Wasn't it you who said to have patience?"
The boy chuckled, "The student is learning from the master. Very well. Just try not to forget. Even if you get to control my creation, it will still be fully loyal to me. If I don't get what's mine, I'll take it back without a second thought. That's your final warning." With that, he left.
Kiara groaned, "That boy will be trouble. I'll have to keep an eye on him." She turned back to the screens, "But first, these four are my priority. I have to get them out of my way." Her grin turned cold, "And I know just how to do it."
